Did i think that a small breakfast spot in the mountains of New Hampshire would provide the BEST baked beans I have ever eaten in my life? No! But then I came here and I was proven wrong! Their kielbasa is so good too! All parts of the breakfast were outstanding! The service was incredible, too! The maple syrup is iconic! There is a small shop in the entrance with pickled veggies, maple syrup, clothing, etc. I can't wait to return!!

I’m not a huge Pancake guy. I like them yes, but not one to normally order them at a breakfast place. My wife and I split two dishes, luckily one of them was a pancake stack. These may have been the best pancakes I’ve ever had in my life. And was especially blown away by the blueberry pancake. This place gets busy later in the morning so FYI, but it is worth any wait.

Fab sugar shack experience. Food really hit the spot. I’m pretty particular about eating eggs and pancakes made by someone other than myself and both were very well made and delicious. Star of the show was the maple syrup of course. We also got the maple cinnamon bun and it was unbelievably good. Very friendly staff and homey vibe inside.

I've tried to come here at least a half a dozen times, but the wait was too long. But today, I must have hit the timing just right. We got seated for breakfast after only about a 30 minute wait. Service was great, the waitress took care of us, but she did forget our coffee but it was busy so I understand completely. The atmosphere inside their little shop is so cozy and we loved all of the syrups you could buy. Food was phenomenal! I got the Shack special with their famous pancake with maple syrup. So overall, definitely a 10 out of 10. Well worth it.

Great place! A total vibe, the history and setting of this place is awesome. Foods great, prices are more then reasonable! Been a few times now and never a complaint. Staff were on point and professional even at busy times. Small wait, if any. Nice set up and an all around flawless experience with quality food. Definitely recommend and will visit when we are local!

One of the best brunches we’ve ever had. Our server, felicity, was incredible. So friendly and helpful with great tips about the area. The food came incredibly fast and the buttermilk pancakes were out of this world. If you need a pit stop, or just a good pick me up, you have to stop by this place.

Best pancake of my life! Loved the space, service, and the food was perfection. Only criticism is that they use disposable plates, cutlery, and cups. I wish you didn’t have to add to the world’s waste in order to enjoy this standout food.

This mountain gem is worth the drive! The food was superb and the atmosphere was wonderful. Their syrup was to die for. While we looked at our menu we were given a fresh warm Homemade Maple Cinnamon Bun. It was a special that day for 5. Definitely worth it. It just melts in your mouth. The staff were so cheerful and attentive. They have limited hours so you may have a little wait if you go at a busy time. But it’s worth it! I will definitely be going back next time in visit NH.
